After the preparation of material timing the race started.

Although the wind was weaker than previous days (30 knds cons 55), race officials decided to open the race. The wind peaked as expected in 4H and decreased gradually. The tide has also begun to recede when the tide began to decline around 18H30.

The team Boussion Gilles Vincent Clap, Cherchi Daniel and Chloe Vallier followed the current world speed record holders, the hydrofoil, the windsurfer Antoine Albeau, and The Contender sailboat English, Sailrocket, who arrived from Walvis Bay, Namibia, after recording a time unratified of 49.3 knots. This film will be released in early 2010.
