SAINT CLAIR TROPHY 2009 - KITE RACING-RACING The TROPHY ST CLAIR 2009 is a step in the Championship of France KITESURF Long Distance organized by KLD34. This event will take place on the coast of Sète 17 to 20 September 2009. 1 Regulations applied: The settlement of the French Federation of Free Flight 2009. Regulation of the test and final race instructions will be made available to riders from Thursday, September 17. The license FFVL with medical visa is required, as well as parental consent for minors.

Program 2 races:
On Thursday, September 17 races begin at 12 am
On Friday, September 18, Saturday, September 19, races begin at 9 am
On Sunday, September 20 races begin at 9am. The last departure may not be given after 15h.

3 Limits of wind and race tracks:
At the discretion of the race committee.
To be validated in the championship of France kitesurfing Long Distance, a hose must meet the conditions defined in the Rules of Racing Official FFVL (limit wind and manners imposed on the course).

4 Identification of competitors:
Competitors agree to wear the lycra in the sleeves official and through recognition of the water.

5 Description of the course:
Route long distance.
The starting areas will be chosen depending on the wind on the lido at SETE MARSEILLAN.

6 Number of competitors:
The number of registered competitors can not exceed 80.

7 Security:
Helmet and life jacket mandatory.

8 A land:
The PC will land located in the parking lot west of the Triangle of Villeroy to SETE.

9 Declaration of results:
The results will be announced daily on the truck tour with the exception of Thursday, September 17.
The final result will be given Sunday, September 20th at 18h in the same place, with awards.

10 Right to the image:

12 Discharge of liability and insurance:
DISCLAIMER
Competitors participate in events entirely at their own risk. The organizing authority
accept no liability for any damage, personal injury or death under
tests, both before, during and after the tests.
INSURANCE
Each registered rider must hold a valid insurance for civil liability for the test on
themselves and their equipment and justify to the organizer. Other guarantees possible will be left to the competitors. The organizer will supersede n'aucun in case a possible failure of one or more competitors to the obligations outlined above.

13 Listings:

All riders registered before July 31, 2009 will pay 65 Euros.
Any rider falling from 1 August 2009 will pay 75 Euros.

Payment by check payable to KLD34

No refunds will be made as of September 7, 2009.

A deposit check payable to the FFVL an amount of 50 Euros is also required for the loan of lycra.
This will be refunded to the competitor after return of lycra Sunday, September 20 at the end of the ceremony awards.

Confirmation of registration Thursday, September 17 from 9am to 11am in the marquee riders in the parking lot west of the Triangle of Villeroy in Sète.
