From 13 to 23 August, the Sooruz Lacanau Pro, étape du Championnat du Monde de surf professionnel, celebrates 30 years of existence on the waves of Lacanau-Océan, (33-Gironde).
Dubbed "the French Pro", the competition recognized ASP * in the world is a cornerstone of the development of surfing in France and Europe.
Institution through which the public discovers Kelly Slater, the Sooruz Lacanau Pro will also identify future European stars by comparing them with the world's best surfers in the image of Jérémy Flores.

Often copied by the big brands Anglo-Saxon of the surf industry, the French Pro remains permanently turned to young people with the Oakley Pro Junior, excellent laboratory for the detection of junior surfers and surfers under 21 years.
