Postage: For orders for delivery in Metropolitan France, shipping from 100 € purchases are available. For deliveries outside Metropolitan France, the postage will be calculated automatically in your shopping cart.
Delivery: The times indicated are average times and correspond to the time of treatment, preparation and dispatch of your order (ex-warehouse). They run from the order validation. To order any product before 12h00, the package from our storage area at 14:00. Delivery is made within 48 hours after the last available parcels to Axel'Air Colissimo.
Monitoring of the package: When validating your order ships, we send you your parcel number. It allows you, in real time, track your order on the site www.coliposte.net. Monitoring helps you find the full history of a shipment, knowing the place of availability in case of absence during the delivery.
Note
Attention delivery no dispute concerning a direct Colissimo not give rise to compensation Axel'Air by post. Therefore, any claim regarding non-receipt of a direct Colissimo will be accepted by us beyond one month after shipment.
You should check the compliance of products supplied at the time of delivery and before signing the carrier. Indicate on the delivery any anomaly concerning the delivery (damaged product ...) with your signature. If you encounter a problem, you must notify us within 3 days by an acknowledgment of receipt letter to the following address:

Upon receipt of your internet order, we check the availability of the ordered product in our warehouse. We are committed to not validate within your control, the products in stock. We inform you of the unavailability of the chosen item by mail or telephone as soon as possible. In this case we n'encaissons that the sum of the items available for ordering. We will not charge your CB at the time of sending your parcels.

Attention when paying by credit card 3 times without expenses, Axel'Air has no way to cancel your order in case of non availability of product. We recommend that you check availability by phone or by mail to any member of our team. In any case, Axel'Air could be held liable for removal and non-availability of product
